With operations administration experience in the healthcare industry and the nonprofit business sector, Teresa Bath brings a dynamic mix of professional skills, including database management, event planning, corporate training, and human resources. She is committed to creating professional relationships that are based on integrity. Her skills and experience have quickly made her a vital part of the Scarlet Oak service team.

Teresa has been married to her husband, Jim, for 32 years; they share their home with their dog, NOLA, and their cats, Picasso and Kingston. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Ryan and Rachel. Teresa earned a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Northeast Louisiana University and received a Master’s in Human Resources Administration from Utah State University.

Teresa is dedicated to giving back to the community. She has been actively involved in numerous civic and nonprofit organizations, including Kiwanis, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Make-A-Wish, and Leadership Forsyth. Currently, she is a volunteer leader for the Youth Leadership Forsyth program and a one-on-one mentor with Mentor Me – North Georgia, Inc. Teresa recently joined the volunteer team at The Fox Theatre in Atlanta. Teresa enjoys traveling, playing tennis, crafting, and reading for leisure. In addition, she loves live theatre and music, has an addiction to all things Disney, and is a HUGE New Orleans Saints fan … Who Dat!!
