Time Off Request Guidelines
- Standard Timeframe (2 to 4 Weeks in Advance):
Submit your request at least 2 to 4 weeks before your planned time off to allow for proper scheduling and coverage. - Popular or Busy Times (3 to 6 Months in Advance):
For high-demand periods, such as holidays, tax season, end-of-quarters, or when another employee has already scheduled time off, please plan ahead and submit your request 3 to 6 months in advance. This ensures we can manage workloads effectively during these peak times. - Shorter Notice for Emergencies (As Soon as Possible):
If you need time off due to an emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), the standard timeframe does not apply. Notify your supervisor and submit your request as soon as possible. Your supervisor will work with you to accommodate the situation to the best of their ability.
